Gavin Griggs

Chief Executive Officer

Gavin joined XP Power in October 2017 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed Chief Executive in January 2021. Prior to joining the Group, Gavin was Chief Financial Officer of Alternative Networks, a listed telecoms and IT services business until December 2016 when it was acquired by Daisy. Upon the acquisition, he became Group Finance Director of the larger Group. Gavin has worked in various senior international finance and strategy positions at Logica, SABMiller, PepsiCo and Sodexo.

Bekkie Scales

Executive Vice President – Human Resources (Acting)

Having joined XP Power in June 2018 to develop our HR function for Europe, in February 2022 Bekkie stepped up to lead the global HR function as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to XP Power, Bekkie was Director of Talent Development at Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd (part of Halma plc) and has significant HR experience in both public and private sector organizations, from Gate Gourmet to Oxfordshire County Council. She has been a Chartered Fellow of CIPD since 2009.  

Peter Blyth

Executive Vice President – Global Products and Marketing

Peter joined XP Power as an Application Engineer in 1997 and has held multiple roles within the company since that time in both the UK and US, including two years as Global Medical Industry Director. He currently oversees the global Product Marketing, Product Management, and Digital Marketing teams. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he also has additional responsibility for export compliance, trademarks and patents.  

Jay Warner

Executive Vice President – North America

Jay has been with XP Power since 2000 and held a wide range of sales-focused roles with the company prior to his appointment as Executive Vice President – North America. As a growth-oriented EVP focused on revenues and the overall go-to-market to best optimize growth prospects for the company, Jay also serves in a strategic capacity as part of the global leadership team to help drive the company’s execution on the next phase of its business strategy.  

Kesavan Swaminathan

Executive Vice President – Global Supply Chain

Based in Singapore, with experience of working across Asia, Kesavan joined XP Power in 2020 and heads up the company’s global supply chain operations. Prior to joining XP Power, Kesavan’s senior roles included serving as COO of precision parts manufacturer Beyonics Technology and Vice President of Operations for Flextronics Technology in Malaysia.  

Richard Bartlett

Executive Vice President – Product Development

Richard joined XP Power in 1993 and has held a number of product-focused roles as the business has grown and evolved. As EVP – Product Development, Richard oversees the identification and facilitation of new products across the business and is a long-standing member of the global leadership team, contributing to strategic direction and execution.  

Steve Elliott

Executive Vice President – Europe

Since Joining XP Power in 1996, Steve has held several technical and sales positions, focussed on expanding the European business. In additional to his global leadership responsibilities, as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he is responsible for the European business. Prior to this he served several years as an engineer in digital photography before moving into the power industry as a Product Development Engineer with TDK Lambda.  

Andy Sng

Executive Vice President – Asia

Andy joined XP Power in July 2005 as General Manager for Asia, where he was tasked with launching and heading up our Shanghai operations. Prior to XP Power, Andy spent eight years in the power supply industry, in various technical and commercial roles with companies such as Silicon Systems (Singapore) and Advanced Micro Devices (Singapore).   

Anne Honeyman

Executive Vice President - Business Systems

Anne has been with XP Power since 2003, when she joined the company as Group Financial Controller; progressing to lead our global business systems. Prior to joining XP Power, she qualified with PWC in 1995 and held senior financial reporting positions in Dell and BAE Systems. An experienced project manager, she has been instrumental in the implementation of large-scale software implementation at XP Power.
